We recently curated a hang at 505 restaurant in Dingle. Chef patron, Damo, describes the dining room as ‘a beautiful space down a beautiful side street in Dingle, not for the views but for the fish, to get closer to the boats, the tides of west Kerry, an area rich with fishing history, luscious sea weeds and creatures, closer to the good stuff. Our food is relaxed but selected with care, showcasing whatever is best from the coast of Kerry, Munster and where ever else something brilliant shows up’.
